摘　　要：目的:利用信息技术规范肺癌化疗诊治,减少不合理用药,降低药物不良事件发生率和严重程度。方法:研发"肺癌化疗安全用药监测系统",将标准化的"肺癌化疗安全用药数据库"与患者的一般状况、既往病史、实验室检查结果相链接。结果:在随机抽取肿瘤中心内科的4个月的数据(包括19 446条医嘱信息)中,该系统共审查出化疗药物选择不合理101条,化疗药物剂量不合理48条,联合用药不合理90条。结论:该链接方式切实可行,当医嘱信息中出现违反"肺癌化疗安全用药数据库"医嘱信息或患者出现严重不良反应时,能够被及时识别并实时提醒。Objective ： To evaluate the effect of lung cancer chemotherapy safety medication monitoring system in order to decrease the incidence of preventable serious adverse drug events. Method： A lung cancer chemotherapy safety medication monitoring system was developed, and the standardized database in the system, the general conditions and anamnesis of patients and the laboratory results were linked. Result： Among the 19446 prescriptions selected from Oncology Center Department of Internal Medicine in 4 months, 101 unreasonable chemotherapy regimens, 48 unreasonable dosages and 90 inappropriate combinations between chemotherapy regimens and the other drugs were found. Conclusion： The linkage is practical when prescriptions violate the database in lung cancer chemotherapy safety medication monitoring system with the properties of quick identification and instant alerting.
