摘　　要：SimpleScalar工具集被广泛应用于处理器建模与仿真,M-SIM2.0对其最复杂的out-of-order模拟器加入同时多线程支持,并作出相应改进。该文详细分析了基于SimpleScalar的M-SIM2.0模拟器的数据结构、流水线和函数级算法。对该模拟器在同时多线程结构竞争研究中的应用,进行了介绍。SimpleScalar tool suite is widely used in processor modeling and simulation. M-SIM2.0 adds Simultaneous multi- threading （SMT） support as well as certain improvements for it. This paper gives a detailed analysis on data structure, pipeline and function level algorithms for M-SIM2.0 based on SimpleScalar. Then introduces its application in SMT competition research.
