日本电子学术期刊著作权协议规范及对我国的启示

摘　　要：日本电子学术期刊已成为保障其信息资源传播与交流的重要途径之一，但在迅速发展的过程中，日本电子学术期刊在供公众免费获取的同时，忽略了对其学术论文著作权的管理与规范。为此，日本方面组织展开了对学术期刊著作权协议的规范性调查，并为完善电子期刊著作权协议的内容、规范电子学术期刊著作权管理进行了研究，通过制定著作权协议模型、借鉴欧美期刊的商业许可等，对期刊论文权益归属、二次使用、商业性许可授权等各种问题进行了规定，对加强我国学术期刊著作权管理规范具有借鉴意义。The paper summarizes the situation of the copyright agreement of S＆Tjoumals in Japan, which mainly on the truth that part of electronic journals in Japan have become the most important way in information obtaining and communicating. Having known the rules of agreements of Japanese S＆T journals in practice and the relevant promoting policies in the field, the merits and demerits are valuable for us to improve the copyright management in domestic S＆Tjoumals.
