摘　　要：针对目前国内筛管挡砂粒径的选择主要依靠经验,挡砂性能评价无有效方法的情况,研制了一种滤砂管挡砂性能评价试验装置。利用该装置可以对不同规格的滤砂管的挡砂性能进行评价,优选出合适的挡砂粒径,提高滤砂管的防砂成功率。现场应用表明,利用该试验装置优选出的筛管,其防砂成功率达到了100%。该装置的研制成功为滤砂管的大规模推广应用提供了技术支持。In view of the present situation that rience and has no effective tool to evaluate the evaluation semiplant was developed. The semi format and optimize the screen grain size. The the choice of the screen grain size depends on expe- screen sand retention, a set of screen sand retention P f ant can be used to evaluate screen with different eld application shows that by using the evaluation semiplant the success ratio of sand control achieved 100%. The evaluation semiplant is a good in novation and worthwhile popularizing.
