摘  要:采用焊接工艺加工动力钻具用PDC止推轴承,很难达到平面度要求,且成本高。设计了工装,采用加压力和粘接的工艺制造PDC止推轴承,达到了技术要求,加工工艺简单,成本低。介绍了工装的结构和粘接步骤。试验证明,采用粘接工艺制造的PDC止推轴承能够满足动力钻具及井底工况的要求。Using the welding process to make the PDC thrust bearings of the downhole motor,it is difficult to achieve the flatness requirements, and the cost is high. Therefore, the loading device has been designed. The PDC thrust bearings have been made by press and bonding process. The technique requirements have been achieved. The process is easy and the cost is low. The loading device structure and the bonding steps have been introduced. The field test has proved that the PDC thrust bearings are able to meet the requirements.
