摘  要:总结了工程船舶在不同锚泊定位过程中环境载荷及其计算方法,编写了环境载荷快速分析程序。提出工程船舶锚泊定位优化策略的目标函数及约束条件,其目标函数为任意两锚链水平锚泊力之差的平方和,并通过VB和Matlab等软件编写锚泊优化分析程序。以四锚链铺管船的锚泊定位系统为研究对象进行锚泊优化分析,得到优化后的锚泊力及锚泊角度,实现合理布锚。The environment loads, including wind load, wave load and current load, and calculating methods of engineering ship in mooring process were summarized and an optimal ship mooring po- sitioning strategy,whose objective function is the quadratic sum of mooring load between any two mooring chains,was put forward. A calculating and analysis program coded with VB and Matlab was completed. Through an analysis on a mooring position system of a pipe laying ship using this optimal calculation and analysis method,the mooring loads and angles were optimized and a reasonable setting of anchors strategy was achieved.
