摘　　要：分析了GEAREX系列齿式锥套联轴器的结构。重点介绍了热装法的步骤、注意事项及轴的对中方法。结合维修实际,总结出安全的拆卸步骤,并设计了专用拆卸拉拔器。对石油钻井现场的锥套联轴器维修有指导意义。Structure of tapered-hub gear coupling of GEAREX series was introduced. Heating as- sembly process and precautions and shaft alignment method were specially introduced. The safe disassembly method was found and special disassembly puller was designed based on site mainte- nance application,which provided guidance for tapered-hub gear coupling＇s maintenance in drilling site.
