摘  要:以一种传统的双酚A型环氧树脂制备方法为基础,合成了一种低黏度的双酚A型酚醛环氧树脂。在合成双酚A型环氧树脂的实验过程中,n(BPA):n(ECH)=5∶1,醚化时间5h,闭环时间5h,得到的双酚A型环氧树脂色泽最浅,黏度较低适用于合成双酚A酚醛环氧树脂。实验中以原料环氧氯丙烷为分散介质无外加溶剂,制备了具有低粘度,易于调配的双酚A型酚醛环氧树脂,此种树脂性能优异,更适用于做复合材料特别是碳纤维预浸料生产的基体树脂。The low viscosity bisphenol A type phenolic epoxy resin was synthesized based on a traditional prepara-tion method for the synthesis of bisphenol A type epoxy resin. During the synthesis of bisphenol A type epoxy resin, n (BPA) .. n(ECH) was 5 : 1 ,the time of etherification was 5h,the time of ring-closing reaction was 5h,the colour and vis-cosity of the bisphenol A type epoxy resin was more suitable for the synthesis of low viscosity bisphenol A type phenolic epoxy resin. The experiment used epichlorohydrin, one kind of raw materials, as the dispersion medium. With no external solvent media, the bisphenol A type phenolic epoxy resin, with low viscosity and excellent performance, was more suitable for composite materials,especially the production of carbon fiber prepreg matrix resin.
