摘 要:应用有机物包覆,高温烧结的方法成功制得纳米氧化锌粉体;用X射线衍射线线宽法(谢乐公式)、透射电镜图像分析法和X射线小角散射法对制备的纳米氧化锌进行表征。结果表明,该法制得的纳米氧化锌颗粒呈球形,无明显团聚,粒度分布比较均匀,粒度约为50nm。3种表征方法中用X射线衍射线线宽法得到的平均粒径值最小,其它2种测量方法所得到粉末粒度结果基本一致。Nano-ZnO particles have been successfully prepared through organics coating and then high temperature sintering method. The as-prepared nano-ZnO particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscope(TEM) with image analyzer and small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)methods. The results indicated that the particles are similar to sphere and there is no obviously conglomeration. The particle size distribution of nano-ZnO was rela-tively symmetrical and the average size was about 50nm. The average size obtained from XRD was smaller than that of the other methods. The results of particle size obtained from the other two ways were basically consistent.
