摘 要:随着高分合金材料研究的深入,人们发现高分子合金材料瞬间冲击断裂行为与慢速拉伸断裂行为之间存在着相当复杂的对应关系。但文献上几乎看不到这一方面的研究。我们对PPS/PA66等一系列共混合金体系的力学性能进行了考察。对各种增韧体系瞬间冲击强度和慢速拉伸功进行了归一化处理,发现了了瞬间冲击强度和拉伸功之间的关系,有了五种形状的曲线,分别代表了五类不同韧性的高分子合金体系的力学性能。应用第四统计力学群子统计参数理论,定量的研究了这五类曲线产生的深层次原因。With the intensive study of polymer alloy materials, people found that there exist corresponding relation between instant fracture behavior and slow tensile fracture behavior. But literatures about this study could be hardly found. The mechanical properties of a series of PPS/PA66 blending alloy system were investigated. The instant impact strength and slow tensile work of the above toughened system were normalized, and the relation of instant impact strength and slow tensile work were found. Then five curves of different shapes,which represented five kinds of polymer alloy system of dif-ferent toughness, were obtained. The deep causes of the five curves were quantitatively studied by using statistical parame-ters of the fourth statistics-JRG sub-cluster statistics Theory.
