吉林省监测点居民糖调节受损分布特征及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析吉林省监测点人群糖调节受损的患病情况及相应影响因素,为预防发病、制定干预措施提供依据。方法以2010年中国慢病监测吉林省调查数据为依据,按照WHO1999年糖代谢的分类标准,采用单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析,探讨糖尿病前期的患病情况及影响因素。结果调查2 993人中有139人糖调节受损,患病率为4.64%。其中空腹血糖受损率为2.47%,糖耐量减低者为1.10%。糖尿病前期的主要危险因素为年龄(OR=1.30,95%CI=1.11～1.52)、BMI(OR=1.33,95%CI=1.05～1.69)、饮食中肉类摄入量(OR=1.59,95%CI=1.09～2.30)、城乡(OR=0.36,95%CI=0.24～0.53),此外还有以静态工作方式和静态生活方式为主的人群等。结论老年人、静态活动为主的职业人群、超重肥胖者和有糖尿病家族史者为吉林省监测点防控糖尿病前期重点干预和监测的目标人群。Objective To analyze the prevalence rate of impaired glucose regulation （IGR） and risk factors with trends among residents from National Disease Surveillance Points System （DSPs）, and provide evidence for prevention diseases and intervention measures. Methods Based on the data from of Jilin province in the surveillance of Chinese non - communica- ble and chronic diseases （2010）, impaired glucose regulation and its risk factors were analyzed by logistic regression, IGR was defined by the criteria of WHO in 1999. Results 2 993 residents were selected and investigated, the general prevalence rate of IGR was 4. 64% （139/2 993 ）, impaired fasting glucose （IFG） was 2.47 % and impaired glucose tolerance （IGT） was 1.10%. The risk factors of IGR were age （ OR = 1.30,95% CI = 1.11 - 1.52）, BMI （ OR = 1.33,95% CI = 1.05 - 1.69 ）, excessive intake of meat （ OR = 1.59,95 % C1 = 1.09 - 2. 30 ）, urban and rural areas （ OR = 0. 36,95 % CI = 0. 24 - 0. 53 ）, the population with sedentary behavior was also related to IGR. Conclusion The elderly, sedentary activity of occupation, overweight/obesity and history of heredity are the primary monitoring target population.
