摘　　要：目的全面了解安康市健康人群的麻疹免疫情况,为制定科学的预防对策提供依据。方法对全市10个县(区)按年龄随机抽样2 107名健康人为调查对象,采用酶联免疫捕获法进行麻疹IgG抗体水平监测。结果共调查2 107名健康人,其中抗体阳性者1 791人,阳性率85.00%。结论本市麻疹抗体水平维持在一个较高水平,由于不同年龄组、地域之间存在统计学差异,故而在现行免疫程序基础上应有针对性地加强一定年龄组的免疫接种工作。Objective To know the measles antibody levels among healthy population in Ankang and provide the basis for the development of scientific preventive measures. Methods 2 107 healthy people were randomly sampled as investigation object and monitored measles IgG antibody levels by the method of capture ELISA in the10 districts of city. Results 1 791 people were antibody - positive in 2 107 healthy people, and the positive rate was 85.00%. Conclusion The measles antibody level among healthy population in Ankang city maintains at a high level. It＇ s suggested that certain age group of immunization work should be strengthened because there is statistic difference between age groups and regions.
