摘 要:该文针对三维海流观测困难及流场资料欠缺等问题,基于Argo温度和盐度观测资料,运用等密度面P矢量方法,对太平洋海区的三维流场进行了估算。该方法有效克服了常规直角坐标无法有效处理陡峭地形的缺点。试验结果表明:估算的流场可合理刻画太平洋流场的基本特征,包括赤道流系、边界流和西风漂流等海流以及沿黑潮分布的中尺度涡旋;该方法能够揭示大洋海水的垂直运动情况和大洋深层的反向流现象,为获取大尺度海洋三维流场信息提供了有效途径。Based on the Argo float data and the fact that lacking of three-dimensional sea currents observational data in the actual marine science research, P vector method on isopycnal surface was introduced to calculate the three-dimensional sea currents in the Pacific, which overcomes the shortcoming that conventional Cartesian coordinates can not effectively deal with the steep terrain. The results show that the estimate flow field by P vector method on isopycnal surface can reveal equatorial current system, the boundary currents, the west wind drift currents and can also exhibit the mesoscale vortex distributed along the Kuroshio, and depict the basic characteristics of the Pacific flow field well. The inversion of the flow field can reveal the reverse phenomenon of the deep ocean flow and reflect the vertical movement of seawater in the ocean. P vector method provides an effective way for obtaining large-scale three-dimensional sea flow field.
