摘　　要：区域性股权交易市场是主要为非公众股份公司的股权流通提供交易服务的最基础的资本市场。其采用宽松的准入制度以及较低的信息披露要求,这就决定了区域性股权交易市场的高风险性。为了防止该高风险传递给公众投资者,造成系统性的金融风险,需要对投资者人数限制、投资者资格限定,交易机制和监管制度上作出相应的设计。Regional equity market is the most basic capital market that provides trading services primarily for non-public stock companies in equity circulation.The easing access system and lower information disclosure requirements determine the high-risk nature of the regional equity market.In order to prevent the high risk from passing to public investors and causing systemic financial risks,we need to make institutional designs in the number of investors,the eligibility of investors,trading mechanism and regulatory system.
