摘　　要：专利信息是科技进步与创新活动研究的重要指标,本文在对中国银行业专利文献进行检索和整理的基础上,从专利总量、发明阵容、申请人数量、人均专利、发明专利、授权专利、重要专利、核心专利和专利技术年龄等角度,对内资银行和外资银行的专利信息进行了比较性分析,并最后为内资银行的专利活动发展提供策略。Patent information is an important indicator of technology progress and innovative activities.Based on searching and profiling the literatures of patents of Chinese banking industry,the article conducts a comparative study on the patent information between domestic banks and foreign banks in China from the perspectives of total amount of patent,inventors,applicants,patents per-inventor,invention patents,granted patents,important patents,core patents and patent technological age,etc.,then proposes tactics for the development of patent activities of domestic banks.
