APACHEⅡ评分在急性有机磷中毒患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨APACHEⅡ评分在急性有机磷中毒患者护理中应用效果。方法选择2008年6月至2012年7月在我院急救医学科治疗的99例急性有机磷中毒患者为研究对象，根据有无应用APACHEⅡ评分系统分为常规护理组43例和护理干预组56例，常规护理组仅给予急性有机磷中毒常规护理，护理干预组根据APACHEⅡ评分系统评分结果进行护理人员配置、实施护理对策。比较两组患者临床疗效、患者基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度。结果护理干预组患者M样症状消失时间、胆碱酯酶活力恢复时间、峰值心率、用药次数、住院时间和死亡率均明显少／低于常规护理组，而治愈率、患者基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度均明显高于常规护理组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论APACHEⅡ评分系统应用能够明显改善急性有机磷中毒患者的临床疗效，提高患者基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度，值得进一步推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of APACHE Ⅱ in patients with acute organophosphorus poison- ing. Methods Ninety -nine patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning who were treated in the emergency medicine department in our hospital from June 2008 to July 2012 were selected and divided into control group with 43 cases and intervention group with 56 cases. Patients in the control group were given the conventional care for acute organophosphorus poisoning, but patients in the intervention group were given nursing staff configuration and nursing countermeasures under the guidance of the acute physiology and chronic health evaluation. The clinical efficacy, the basic nursing qualified rate and the patients＂ satisfaction for the nursing service of two group were compared. Results The M sample symptoms disappear time, cholinesterase activity recovery time, peak heart rate, number of drug, length of hospital stay and mortality were lower in the observation group than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, the cure rate, the basic nursing qualified rate and the patients＇satisfaction for the nursing service were higher in the observation group than those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Application of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation can obviously improve the clinical curative effect on patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning and improve the basic nursing qualified rate and the patients＇satisfaction for the nursing service, it is worthy applying clinically.
