边疆地区急诊科护士对2010AHA心肺复苏指南认知现状的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨边疆地区急诊科护士对2010AHA心肺复苏指南相关知识认知现状，为进一步培训提供依据。方法对2011年1～9月参加自治区急诊急救专业培训的126名急诊科护士采用自行设计的问卷实施调查。问卷的内部一致性信度Cronbahsi＇a为0．82；问卷的内容效度CVI值为0．95。结果调查显示：边疆地区急诊科护士对2010AHA心肺复苏指南相关知识认知总体较差。结论各级医院、行政部门应该重视及加强2010AHA心肺复苏指南相关知识的培训及考核，为提高患者抢救成功率奠定基础。Objective To investigate nurses of emergency department present situation to related knowledge 2010 AHA cardiopul- monary resuscitation （CPR） guidelines, for further provide a basis for training. Methods From grass - roots hospital, 126 emergency de- partment nurses were adopted and the self- designed questionnaire was used to cant out investigation. The internal consistency reliability Croubahs bLof the questionnaire was 0. 82 ; CVI value of questionnaire content validity was 0. 95. Results The nurses of the basic - level hospital emergency department were generally poor to 2010 aha cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） guidelines related knowl- edge. Conclusions The administrative department at all levels of hospital, should strengthen the 2010 aha cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） guidelines related knowledge training and assessment, in order to improve the success rate of rescue patients lay the foundation.
