综合护理干预对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法将130例行妇科腹腔镜手术患者随机分为对照组60例与观察组70例，对照组患者给予常规护理措施，观察组在对照组的基础上给予嚼口香糖、中药足浴、早期下床活动及局部按摩等综合护理。比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况、食欲状况及腹胀发生率。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间及首次排便时间显著早于对照组，差别具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组术后食欲显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组与对照组腹胀发生率分别为17．1％和33．3％，差别具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组术后口臭发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对妇科腹腔镜手术患者进行综合护理干预，可促进患者胃肠功能恢复及早日康复。Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention for the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 130 cases undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided in- to control group and observation group. 60 patients of control group received routine care and 70 cases of experience group were given com- prehensive nursing including chewing gum, Chinese medicine foot bath, early ambulation and local massage. The recovery of gastrointestinal function, anorexia and the occurrence of abdominal distension were compared between two groups. Results Time needed for intestinal voice restoration, first air ejection time and the first defecation time in observation group were much earlier than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Anorexia after operation in observation group was superior to control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The occurrence of abdominal distension were 17. 1% and 33.3% in observation group and control group respectively with significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The incidences of halitosis in observation group was much lower than that in control group （5.7% vsl8.3%, P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Comprehensive nursing interven- tion for the patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and patients＇ recovery.
