主动服务护理模式在临床护理的应用评价

摘　　要：目的改变工作模式，变被动服务为主动服务，创造优质护理。方法以APN连续排班制、护士层级管理为基础，每班根据病人数量、病情程度以及工作量合理安排值班护士分管病房，包床到护，护士到床边主动为病人提供治疗及护理服务。结果观察病情及时准确，医护配合默契，医生的满意度提高（P〈0．05）；护理服务主动及时，患者的满意度提高（P〈0．05）；护士劳动强度减少，体现了自身价值，护士的满意度提高（P〈0．05）。结论护士被动服务变主动服务的模式转变，护士愿意，医生、患者满意，值得推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of active service nursing mode in the clinical nursing to create high - quahty nursing. Methods On the basis of APN continuous scheduling system and the nurse level management, according to the number of pa- tients, state of illness and workload the nurses were reasonable arranged to manage the word and provide the patients with high - quality care beside bed. Results The state of illness was observed timely and accurately, Doctors and nurses cooperated very well, The doctor~ degree of satisfaction was improved （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Patients＂ satisfaction degree was improved （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the labor intensity of the nurse was reduced, the nurse＇s satisfaction was improved too （ P 〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions Active service nursing mode can improve the satisfaction of the doctors, the nurses and the patients. It is worth spreading in clinic.
