优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预对脊椎术后患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预对脊椎术后患者生活质量的影响。方法根据有无开展优质护理服务活动将2010年4月至2012年5月在我院住院治疗的117例脊椎骨折患者分为A组54例和B组63例，A组患者给予围术期常规护理，B组患者给予护士长根据优质护理服务理念制定的护理措施进行护理干预，比较两组患者护理后的生活质量。结果B组患者sF-36量表中躯体健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情绪角色功能、总体健康和总分维度指标得分高于A组患者（P〈0．05），两组其余维度指标评分差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预能够明显提高脊椎手术患者的生活质量，改善患者的预后。Objective To explore the effect of the nursing intervention under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode on the life quality of patients with spinal surgery. Methods A total of 117 patients with spinal fracture were selected in our hospital from April 2010 to May 2012 and divided into group A and group B with 54 cases and 63 cases respectively. The patients of group A were treated with perioperative routine nursing. Group B received nursing intervention that was decided according to the idea of high - quality nursing service. The life qualities of two groups were compared. Results The scores of indexes such as somatic health, bodily pain, social function, emo- tional function, general health and total dimension in the SF - 36 scale of group B were higher than those of group A. Conclusion the nursing intervention under the guidance of high - quality nursing service mode can obviously improve the life quality of patients and the prog- nosis.
