提高苄星青霉素肌内注射成功率的方法研究

摘　　要：目的探讨减轻患者肌内注射苄星青霉素痛苦、提高注射成功率的方法。方法选择在门诊注射室需同时进行左右两侧臀部肌肉注射苄星青霉素的患者100例，采用自身对照的研究方法，左侧臀部注射采用传统肌肉注射法；右侧臀部注射采用改进法，即二吸一深三快二匀法，再配合z型肌肉注射，比较患者前后两次注射成功率及注射后的疼痛程度。结果改进法一次注射成功率明显高于传统法（P〈0．01），注射的疼痛程度明显低于传统法（P〈0．01）。结论改进法肌肉注射苄星青霉素能有效提高注射成功率，显著减轻患者痛苦，减少药物浪费。Objective To study the method of improving the success rate of intramuscular injection benzathine benzylpenicillin.Methods A total of 100 outpatients in injection room were chosen which simultaneously on a double sides coxal intramuscular injection benzathine benzylpenicillin.The left hip injection Was given by traditional muscle shots,the right hip injection was given the improved method,i.e.two smoking one deep three quick 2 welliaw,together with the z type muscle injection,the success rate and the degree of pain were compared.Results The success rate of improvement method was significantly higher than that of the traditional method (P ＜ 0.01),the degree of pain was significantly less (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The improvment method of benzathine benzylpenicillin intramuscular injection could improve the success rate,reduce the patients’ pain,reduce drug waste.
