摘 要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法分析附子不同炮制品中6个生物碱的含量,研究《中国药典》炮制法、蒸制法、炒制法之间的差异。方法:采用《中国药典》2010年版附子含量测定项下方法检测;运用SPSS17.0统计分析软件进行数据处理。结果:各成分分离良好;蒸附片、炒附片、黑顺片、白附片、淡附片、炮附片中双酯型生物碱的量都得到有效降低,但蒸附片和炒附片中单酯型生物碱的含量明显增加。结论:蒸制法、炒制法与《中国药典》炮制法一样,具有相同的炮制减毒能力,但蒸制法和炒制法又能增加毒性小、疗效好的单酯型生物碱类的量,优于《中国药典》炮制法。Objective: By simultaneous quantification of 6 aconitum alkaloid compounds in Aconiti Laterahs to compare the differences from the different processing methods. Methods: The method of aconitum alkloids in Aconiti Lateralis is according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 ed) . Data is carried out by SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software. Results: The 6 compounds were separated clearly. The amount of diester-type aconitum alkaloid compounds have been effectively reduced by pharmacopoeia method, steamed method and frying method, but the monoester-type aconitum alkaloid content in zhengfupian and chaofupian was significantly increased. Conclusion: Pharmacopoeia method, steamed method and frying method have the same processing attenuated ability. The contents of monoester-type aconitum alkaloid, which had low toxicity and high curative effect, are increased greatly in using the last two methods, better than the pharmacopoeia method.
