摘　　要：目的总结执行“和谐使命-2011”任务时医疗物资筹措中各个阶段的方法，为今后执行类似任务提高参考和借鉴。方法充分分析医疗物资筹措的难度；对外医疗服务任务的性质、特点和方式；所到国情况等因素，测算任务量，确定筹措物资的种类、数量，按时间节点集结、运输直至入库。结果充分、合理、高效的医疗物资筹措为此次对外医疗服务顺利完成提供了有力保障。结论医疗物资筹措工作是顺利完成无岸基依托的长航及对外医疗服务的基础，但充分、合理、科学是它的前提。Objective To analyze and summarize methods of medical supplies preparation for different stages in the ＂mission harmony - 2011＂ in order to furnish reference for the future implementation of similar missions. Methods Difficulties for medical supplies preparation, including different requirements for foreign medical service, different situation in other countries were specifically analyzed, such as types of materials, quantity, time node assembly, transportation, as well as time to storage. Results Adequate, rational, and efficient preparation for medical supplies served as the guarantee for the successful completion of the medical services. Conclusion Preparation for the medical supplies played a key role for the successful completion of long voyage and external medical services with well prepared and scientific premise
