Preparation and Characterization of a Nano-hydoxyapatite/Sodium Alginate-Polyvinyl Alcohol Composite Scaffold

摘  要:采用冷冻干燥法制备的纳米羟基磷灰石/海藻酸钠/聚乙烯醇(n-HA/SA/PVA)无机/有机复合多孔支架材料,用燃烧实验、IR、XRD、SEM对复合材料的组成结构及形貌进行了分析和观察,并初步研究了其力学性能,探讨了其复合机理.结果表明,无机组分n-HA均匀分散充填在SA-PVA聚电解质有机网络结构中,由于分子内和分子间氢键的存在使三组分间有较强的化学键合.当支架中PVA含量为50%时,压缩强度达到8.29MPa,因此,该三元复合材料可望作为一种新型骨组织工程支架材料.A porous composite scaffold of nano-hydroxyapatite/sodium alginate/polyvinyl alcohol (n-HA/ SA/PVA) was prepared by the freeze-drying method for bone tissue engineering scaffold. The properties of the composite were characterized by means of burning test, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X- ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and mechanical test. The results showed that the n-HA component dispersed uniformly in the SA-PVA copolymer matrix. Excellent miscibility existed among the three phases and inter-or intra-hydrogen bonding was formed among the three phases. When the porous scaffold contained 50% PVA, its compressive strength reached 8.29 MPa. This tri-phase composite seaf-fold showed good prospect for application in bone tissue engineering.
