摘  要:针对低密度客流条件下路径可变巴士行进过程中出现的乘客实时请求服务这一问题,引入干扰管理方法,从乘客扰动、路径偏移以及运营成本3方面综合度量系统扰动,构建了低密度客流条件下路径可变巴士响应需求的实时调度干扰管理模型,并设计嵌入等待策略的两阶段算法对模型求解,最后用数值实验验证了该模型和策略的有效性。实验结果表明:将干扰管理思想运用到这一客运系统的实时调度中,能够有效地针对低密度客流条件下乘客出行的特征,实现以扰动最小为目标的实时高效调度,从而达到既能满足乘客方便快捷的出行需求,又能满足运营者降低成本的目的,并提供一种能够解决低密度客流条件下巴士调度的有效手段。In order to deal with the real-time demand in the campus bus system under the condition of low demand flows, we develop a new real-time scheduling model for disruption management from the aspects of passenger disruption, route deviation and cost disruption. We then design a two-phase insertion algorithm embedded with waiting strategy. Numerical experiment was performed to validate the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm. The results of numerical experiment show that disruption management is an effective method to schedule flexible bus with the characteristic of low demand flows. The new model may increase the passenger satisfaction and decrease operations cost simultaneously. The results can be applied effectively for flexible bus scheduling with low demand flows.
