摘 要:采用原子荧光光谱法对海水中痕量镉进行了测定研究,采用的镉标准系列为0.01μg/L~1.0μg/L,检出限为0.6 ng/L,相对标准偏差<3.0%,回收率在80%~110%之间,结果表明该方法简便、快速、干扰小、精密度及准确度高,适合做批量海水样品,可在海洋监测中得到推广应用。Atomic fluorescence spectrometry method was employed to determine trace amounts of cadmium in seawater. The concentration range of the standard curve was from 0.01 μg/L to 1.0 μg/L, the detection limit of this method was 0.6 ng/L, the relative standard deviation was less than 3.0% ,while the recovery rate of cadmium was from 80% to 110%. The results showed that the method had the merits of operation convenience and rapidity,less interference,higher sensitivity and accuracy. The method was suitable for determination of cadmium in batch samples of seawater and could be widely used in marine monitoring.
