摘　　要：介绍了一种新型电石泥压滤装置——KZGJ 600/2000-U的生产工艺及特点,利用该压滤装置脱除电石泥中的水,可使滤饼含水质量分数降至20%以下。分析了采用新型电石泥压滤装置处理60万t/a含水质量分数40%的电石泥的投资费用,与厢式明流压滤机对比,可节省费用92.15万元。The process and characteristics of a new type of calcium carbide sludge filter press, KZGJ 600/2000- U, were introduced. The content of water in filter cake from the calcium carbide sludge filter presses could be lowered to 20 wt. %. The investment cost of treating 600 kt/a calcium carbide sludge containing 40 wt. % water by the new calcium carbide sludge filter presses was analyzed, and compared with box open filter presses, 0.921 5 million RMB could be saved.
