摘　　要：社会主义和市场经济能不能结合、兼容的问题是新经济政策的核心问题。列宁在没有阅读过马克思恩格斯的《费尔巴哈章》的基础上对上述问题作出了独立思考，且这一思考没有脱离《费尔巴哈章》的基本精神。The problem whether Socialism and market economy can be compatible is the core problem the new economic policy. Lenin make the independent thinking the above problem on the basis of not read Marx Engels＇s chapter ＂Feuerbach＂ to, but this thinking not from ＂Chapter Feuerbach＂ basic spirit, and this thinking not from chapter＂ Feuerbach＂ basic spirit.
