摘 要:目的:研究蘑菇茵糠在小白菜上的肥效。方法:试验设3个处理:A常规施肥:腐熟猪粪S00kg/亩、45%(15-15-15)复混肥20kg/亩作基肥,5kg/亩尿素作追肥;B常规施肥+蘑菇菌糠堆肥:常规施肥的基础上增施蘑菇茵糠堆肥300kg/亩,蘑菇茵糠堆肥在移栽前一次性作基肥施用;C不施肥(CK)。每个处理重复3次,采用随机区组设计。统计各小区产量,同时进行经济性状考察和硝酸盐、糖分含量、维生素C含量测定。结果:增施蘑菇菌糠堆肥能改善小白菜的生物学性状,增产14.5%;小白菜的可溶性糖含量提高14.2%、硝酸盐含量降低19.1%、VC含量提高22.3%。结论:蘑菇菌糠堆肥具有明显的增产和提高蔬菜品质的效应,适宜在蔬菜上推广使用。Objective:Study on the fertilizer efficiency of Mushroom dregs compost in pakchoi. Meth- odThis test of 3 treatment. A: Conventional fertilization: Fully-fermented pig manure 500kg/Mu, 45% ( 15-15-15 ) compound fertilizer 20 kg/ Mu as base fertilizer use, 5kg/ Mu urea as fertilizer use; B Conventional fertilization with mushroom compost: In conventional fertilization based on the increasing ap- plication of mushroom compost 300kg/Mu, Mushroom compost in before transplanting disposable as basic fertilizer; C No fertilization (ck). Each treatment was repeated 3 times, using a randomized block de- sign. At the same time, mainly on the economic traits investigation and nitrate, sugar content, vitamin C content determination. Result:In comparison with the check, applying the fermented mushroom dregs to pakchoi could increase fresh yield by 14.5%, the content of soluble sugar by 14. 2%, the content of vi- tamin C by 22. 3%, and could reduce the content of nitrate by 19. 1%. Conclusion:Mushroom compost can obviously increase yield and improve the quality of vegetables effect, suitable for vegetable use.
