摘　　要：目的探讨咪唑斯汀对过敏性鼻炎患者血清微量元素及特异性免疫球蛋白E(sIgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、炎性因子的影响。方法将2010年6月～2012年5月重庆医科大学附属永川医院收治的84例过敏性鼻炎患者分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例),对照组接受伯克纳治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用咪唑斯汀进行治疗,检测两组患者治疗前,治疗后7、14 d的血清锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、sIgE、ECP及白介素4(IL-4)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平,将其和治疗总有效率分别进行比较。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,血清Zn高于对照组,Cu、Mn、sIgE、ECP低于对照组,IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α及IFN-γ水平也均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论咪唑斯汀对过敏性鼻炎患者血清微量元素及sIgE、ECP、炎性因子的影响较为明显,其可有效改善患者的疾病状态。Objective To study the influence of Mizolastine for the serum trace elements and specific immunoglobulin E （sIgE）, eosinophil cationic protein （ECP）, inflammatory factors of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods 84 patients with allergic rhinitis in Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from June 2010 to May 2012 were divided into control group （42 cases） and observation group （42 cases）, the control group were given Beconase, the observation group were treated with Mizolastine based on the treatment of control group, then the serum Zn, Cu, Mn, sIgE, ECP, interleukin 4 （IL-4）, interleukin 6 （IL-6）, interleukin 8 （IL-8）, tumor necrosis factor α （TNF-α, interferonγ （IFN-γ） of two groups before and after treatment at seventh and fourteenth day were detected, and those indexes above and total effective rate of two groups were respectively compared. Results The observation group＇s total effective rate after treatment was higher than that of control group, serum Zn was higher than that of control group, the Cu, Mn, slgE and ECP were lower than those of control group, while IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and IFN-γ were lower, these items of two groups all had significant differences （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The influence of Mizolastine for the serum trace elements and slgE, ECP, inflammatory factors of patients with allergic rhinitis is obvious, and it ean effectively improve the disease state of patients.
