摘  要:目的建立薄层扫描法测定复聪片中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法采用单波长反射法锯齿形程序扫描法测定淫羊藿苷的含量,以硅胶G薄层板为吸附剂,醋酸乙酯-丁酮-甲醇-水(10∶1∶1∶1)为展开剂,5%三氯化铝-乙醇溶液为显色剂;扫描波长λ=272 nm。结果淫羊藿苷在4.50~13.50μg范围内含量与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=4120.19X-15458.92(r=0.9995),平均回收率为98.10%,RSD=1.31%(n=6)。结论采用薄层扫描法测定复聪片中淫羊藿苷的含量,方法简便易行,精密度和重复性好,可以用于该产品的质量控制。Objective To determine the content of icariin in Fucong Pian by TLCS. Methods Silica G thin layer plate was used; the developer reagent was ethyl acetate : butanone : methanol : water (10:1:1:1), the color reagent was 5% aluminium chloride-ethyl alcohol solution; single-wavelength and linear scanning of TLC was used, and the detection wavelength was at 272 rim. Results There was a good linear relationship for icariin within the range of 4.50-13.50 p^g, the regression equation was Y = 4 120.19X - 15 458.92 (r = 0.999 5), the average recovery was 98.10%, RSD = 1.31% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, and can be used in determining the content of icariin in Fucong Plan.
