高温烟气袋式除尘系统设计要点与应用

摘　　要：铁水倒罐站除尘系统属于高温除尘系统,包括了铁水倒罐和铁水脱磷站两大部分烟气的除尘,其烟气温度近200℃。文中介绍了烟气混合室、火花捕集器、脉冲除尘器在高温烟气应用中的设计要点和袋式除尘系统的工程应用情况。工程投产后,袋式除尘系统运行良好。The dust-removal system of hot metal reladling station is a high temperature dust-removal system, including dust- removal of hot metal reladling and hot metal dephosphorization, its flue gas temperature is close to 200℃. The design essentials of flue gas mixing chamber, spark catcher and pulse dust collector and the engineering application of bag dust-removal system were introduced. Since the project went into operation, it was running well.
