摘 要:目的研究气密性生物安全实验室(BSL)应对开关门的压差控制策略。方法理论分析开关门对实验室风量及压差的影响,并进行对比实验研究气密性实验室分别在有无人为附加漏风两种情况下开关门对实验室压差的影响。结果提出了实验室核心工作间与缓冲间分别采用变风量(VAV)、定风量(CAV)的压差控制与人为附加漏风相结合的综合控制策略。结论该控制策略可有效应对开关门对实验室压差稳定的干扰,并保证实验室的定向流。Objective To study the pressure difference control method for door opening/closing in airtight biosafety la- boratories. Methods First, the effect of door opening/closing on the airflow volume and pressure difference in laboratories was theoretically analyzed. Then, compariative experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of door opening/closing on pressure difference control in airtight laboratories under no man-made air leakage conditions or under introduced man- made air leakage conditions respectively. Results An integrated control strategy was proposed, which requires that the main laboratories use variable air volume(VAV) control while the buffer room use constant air volume(CAV) control, in combination with introduced man-made air leakage. Conclusion This control strategy can respond effectively to the door opening/closing disturbance on pressure difference in laboratories and stabilize the directional airflow of laboratories.
