老年患者腹部手术后胃瘫综合征的观察及护理干预

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年患者腹部手术后胃瘫综合征的护理。方法:对2008年1月～2012年4月17例老年患者腹部手术后并发胃瘫的临床资料及护理干预措施进行回顾性分析。结果:9例胃瘫综合征症状14天左右好转,8例在20天～30天左右好转。并发肺部感染1例,腹泻1例,低钾低钠血症4例,经治疗后均痊愈。结论:对老年患者腹部手术后胃瘫综合征积极的护理干预是为患者解除痛苦,促使早日康复的关键。Objective： To explore the nursing for postoperative gastoparesis syndrome PGS after abdominal operation in the elderly patients. Methods： Clinical data of 17 cases of PGS after abdomen operation in the elderly patients between Jan. 2008 and A- pril. 2012 and the related nursing intervention measures were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Nine cases of PGS improved after 14 days ,8 cases recovered after 20 -30 days. Pulmonary infection occurred in 1 case , diarrhea was observed in 1 case , and hyponatrem- ia and bypokalemia occurred in 4 cases. All patients recovered after treatment. Conclusion ： The nursing intervention measures are im- portant to relieve suffering of patients and to avoid repeat operation as well as promote the early recovery of the elderly patients who get PGS after abdominal operation.
