摘　　要：目的监测我院不良反应(ADR)发生情况,提高我院合理用药水平,保障患者用药安全。方法对2010—2011年上报的224例ADR报告进行统计分析。结果不良反应的主要类型为皮肤及其附件损害,其次为消化系统损害。结论药物不良反应与多种因素有关,加强药物不良反应监测工作有助于减少不良反应的发生。Objective By monitoring the condition of adverse drug reactions （ADR） in our hospital, to analysis the drug use in the patients of our hospital and make the drug use more rationally. Methods All the ADR case reports of our hospi- tal in 2010--2011 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results The main types of ADR were skin and accessories injuries, gastrointestinal injuries secondarily. Conclusion Adverse drug reactions are related to multiple factors, ADR monitoring should be attached importance to in clinic to reduce ADR conductively.
