低场MRI在腰椎间盘退变致终板骨软骨炎中的应用分析

摘  要:目的探讨低场MRI对腰椎间盘退变致终板骨软骨炎的诊断价值。方法搜集2008年1月以来我院诊断的25例腰椎间盘病变致终板骨软骨炎的MRI资料,分析终板骨软骨炎的MRI信号及形态特征。结果 25例病例中14例患者退变椎间盘相邻终板的骨髓表现T1WI为低信号,T2WI为高信号;3例患者相邻终板的骨髓表现T1WI为高低信号并存,T2WI为混杂信号;6例患者相邻终板的骨髓表现T1WI为高信号,T2WI为中等信号;2例患者相邻终板的骨髓表现T1WI为低信号,T2WI为低信号;信号的形态分为斑片状、三角形、窄带样。结论低场MRI对椎间盘退变致终板骨软骨炎可做出较明确诊断,是最佳检查方法。Objective Studying low -field MRI in the lumbar disc degeneration induced endplate osteochondritis of the diagnostic value. Methods From 2008 January, since diagnosis of 25 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc lesion induced endplate osteochondritis of the MRI data, analysis of endplate osteocbondrltis of the MRI signal and morphological characteristics. Results Among 25 cases, 14 cases of degenerative intervertebral disc adjacent endplates bone marrow manifestations of T1WI for low signal, the T'2WI high signal; 3 patients adjacent endplates bone marrow manifestations of T1WI for low signal to coexist, T2WI mixed signal; in 6 cases of bone marrow T1WI adjacent endplates showed high signal, T2WI is a signal; in 2 cases pa- tients with adjacent endplates bone marrow manifestations of T1WI for low signal, T2WI is low signal; the signal is divided into the form of patchy, triangle, narrow sample. Conclusion Low field MRI of intervertebral disc degeneration the end plate osteo- chondritis can make a definite diagnosis, is the best examination method.
