摘　　要：目的分析孕吐患者肠外营养处方96张，为临床合理应用提供参考。方法结合病例对处方设计进行统计、分析。结果处方比例基本合理，但存有钾及液体量偏少等问题。结论临床医师和营养师要根据患者特殊性，处方要因人而异、合理设计．达到满足每一患者治疗营养的需要。Aim Collecting 96 prescriptions of parenteral nutrition from Jan to Dec. 2010 to provide a reference prescription of rational nutrition for emesis gravidarum patients. Method With reference to all cases,the prescriptions are analyzed by using statistics. Result We found the ratio of prescriptions are basically reasonable,but potassium and fluids intake are less. Conclusion The physicians need to provide personalized nutritional prescription to emesis gravidarum patient according to the individual treatment and nutrition requirement,
