摘 要:针对川渝地区气井井底积液问题,通过对五宝场地区气井积液的分析,进行了泡沫排液体系配方的试验,优选出适合川渝地区气井泡沫排液施工的起泡剂体系为:2.0%QPJ+0.035%pH值调节剂TJJ+0.03%胍胶(质量配比)。该复配起泡剂体系抗温、抗盐能力较好,具有极强的抗凝析油能力,在不同凝析油含量条件下均具有良好的起泡能力、泡沫稳定性和携液能力。现场施工结果表明,该配方对于高含凝析油气井和低压、低产等恶劣井况气井效果明显,为这类气井井底积液的清除作业开辟了一条新思路。In view of the problem of liquid loading in Chongqing-Sichuan Area,related study was firstly made to analyze the ingredients of liquid removal.Based on the analysis,experiments were carried out to synthesize an effective foam cleanup formula.The formula specifically designed for liquid cleanup in Chongqing-Sichuan Area was: 2.0%QPJ+ 0.035% pH regulator TJJ+0.03% guar gum(mass ratio).This foam system had a high capability of resisting high temperature and salt erosion,and strong resistance to condensate oil.Also,it could produce sufficient foam in different contents of condensate oil,it had stable capacity of bubbling and liquid carrying.The field operation result demonstrates that the formula is effective for gas wells with high content of condensate oil,low pressure,or low output.Therefore,it provides a new idea for eliminating liquid loading in gas wells.
