摘　　要：分析湖泊旅游安全问题的表现形态和引起湖泊旅游安全问题的主要原因,提出湖泊旅游安全管理的基础性对策:制定并落实湖泊旅游景区安全管理制度;建立湖泊旅游景区安全管理机构;完善湖泊旅游景区的安全管理标识;加强湖泊旅游景区天气预报、水下障碍物、游客容量等安全信息管理;加强湖泊旅游景区交通设施、娱乐设施、通讯设施、报警与救助设施的安全管理工作。The present study first analyzes the forms of and the major reasons of the lake tourism secur-ity problems. Then, it puts forward some basic countermeasures for the lake tourism security manage-ment problems. Correspondingly, a security management system may be formulated and implemented for lake scenic spots, and organizations in charge of the security issues within the lake scenic spots should be established as well. Apart from that, security management signs should be relatively similar in form and properly written, and security information like weather forecast, underwater obstacles, and tourism carrying capacity, etc. should be properly managed. Finally, the work of security management involving traffic facilities, recreation facilities, communication facilities, and alarm and rescue facili- ties should be strengthened within the lake scenic spots.
