卡马西平致癫痫患者心律失常的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨卡马西平致癫痫患者心律失常的临床特征。方法:收治卡马西平导致癫痫患者心律失常22例,同时选择同期治疗癫痫未发生心律失常患者22例作为对照组进行比较。结果:22例均有不同程度的胸闷、心悸,其中伴有头晕10例,伴有气短11例。观察组LVESV134.5±35.7ml,LVEDV35.7±35.8ml,LA38.4±2.6mm,EF33.2%±4.2%,对照组LVESV110.1±32.1ml,LVEDV148.2±53.2ml,LA32.1±2.2mm,EF33.2%±4.2%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:当服用卡马西平的患者出现心律失常时,应考虑到其不良反应的可能性,要及时停药观察。Objective：To investigate the clinical features of carbamazepine in patients with epilepsy caused by arrhythmias. Methods： collected from February 2008 to October 2012 carbamazepine cause epilepsy patients with arrhythmias in 22 patients, while selecting the same period in the treatment of epilepsy patients without arrhythmia 22 patients as a control group for comparison. Resuits ： two cases have different levels of chest tightness, palpitations, accompanied by dizziness 10 cases, 11 cases accompanied by shortness of breath. LVESV of the observation group 134, 5 ±35.7ml,LVEDV 35.7 ±35.8ml,LA 38.4 ± 2.6mm,EF 33.2% ± 4.2% ,LVESV of the control group 110.1 ± 32. lml LVEDV 148.2 ± 53.2ml,LA 32.1 ± 2.2mm ,EF 33.2%±4.2% ,and the two groups have a significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： When arrhythmia in patients taking carbamazepine should take into account the possibility of side effects, should be prompt｜y discontinued observation.
