记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗肋骨骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗多根多处肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:应用镶钛记忆合金环抱器内固定治疗多根多处肋骨骨折患者46例,回顾性分析临床资料。结果:46例患者平均住院16天,胸廓畸形明显改善,均治愈出院,无并发症发生。结论:记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗肋骨骨折手术时间短、固定可靠、操作简单、疗效满意,是一种较实用的治疗方法。Objective:To explore the application of Ni Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator for treatment of multiple fractures of multiple ribs clinical curative effect.Methods:retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2010 January-2011 year in December 46 cases with titanium memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of multiple fractures of multiple ribs in patients with clinical data.Results:46 cases of patients with an average hospital stay of 16 days,thoracic deformity was markedly improved,all were cured,no complications occurred.Conclusion:memory alloy embracing fixator for treatment of fractures of the ribs and short operation time,reliable fixation,simple operation,curative effect satisfaction,it is a more practical method of treatment,it is worthy of popularization and application.
