痛风患者血尿酸水平与胰岛素抵抗及糖、脂肪代谢紊乱的分析

摘　　要：目的:分析痛风患者的高血尿酸水平与胰岛素抵抗、糖、脂等代谢指标的关系。方法:收治高血尿酸水平的急性痛风患者84例作为观察组,同期将81例健康成年男性作为对照组,对两组受试者的胰岛素抵抗、血脂等代谢相关指标进行对比和分析。结果:观察组和对照组受试者的血尿酸、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数等代谢相关指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痛风患者可能存在不同程度的胰岛素抵抗和糖、脂肪代谢紊乱,临床治疗应采取综合措施,积极控制患者的代谢紊乱,促进痛风患者病情的恢复。Objective：to explore the relationship between uric acid and insulin resistauce,glucose and lipid metabolism for gout patients. Methods：84 patients with high levels of blood uric acid were taken as the observation group, 81 healthy adult men recruited in the same period as control group. Metabolism indicators for two groups were compared. Results ： difference of metabolism indicators in observation group was statistically significant compared with control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Gout patients are apt to develop insulin resistance, it may be helpful to correcting the metabolism disorders of glucose and lipid in gout patients.
