聚焦超声与长强穴注射治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较聚焦超声与长强穴注射配合药膏加光疗在治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变中的疗效。方法:收治外阴病变患者179例,其中长强穴注射组93例,聚焦超声治疗组86例,比较两组疗效差异。结果:长强穴注射配合混合药膏光疗93例患者中,对症状轻者可缓解15例,症状重者用药后好转停药后再发21例,无效57例;聚焦超声治疗组86例患者中,7例无效,36例明显好转,43例无瘙痒症状,有效率90%以上。结论:聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变效果更加显著。Objective：To compare the effectiveness between focused ultrasound and Changqiang point injection in the treatment of vulva non -neoplasia epithelial disorders. Method： The subjects were collected from April 2007 to December 2012 hospitalized in the Wuhai Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Inner Mongolia. A total of 179 cases were enrolled, of those 93 cases were treated with Changqiang point injection combined with drug and light therapy and 86 cases were treated with focused ultrasound.Results： Among 93 patients treated with Changqiang point injection, 15 cases with mild symptom were improved,21 cases with severe symptom were improved but relapsed later,57 cases with severe symptom failed. Among 86 cases treated with focused ultrasound ,36 cases improved remarkably ,43 cases were free of pruritus ,7 cases failed（ total effective rate 〉 90% ）. Conclusion ： Focused ultrasound was more effective in the treatment of vulva non - neoplasia epithelial disorders.
