消毒供应室工作人员对腔镜的质量管理

摘　　要：目的:探讨最佳的宫腔、腹腔镜手术器械清洗、灭菌及保养方法。方法:依据2004年版的《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》及卫生部2009年颁发《消毒供应中心管理规范》等三项标准,通过人员培训,制定规范化操作流程、质量标准并落实实施。结果:供给灭菌合格产品,控制医院感染发生。结论:正确的清洗灭菌及保养,可使宫、腹腔镜手术器械保持良好性能,延长使用寿命,降低医疗成本。Goal：discussion best palace cavity,peritoneoscope surgery instrument clean, antiseptic and maintenance method. The method rests on in 2004 the version ＂ In Mirror Clean Disinfection Technical operation Standard＂ and the medical department in 2009 issues ＂ Disinfection Supply center Management Standard＂ and so on three standards, trains through the personnel, the formulation standardization operation flow, the quality specification and carry out the implementation. Finally supplies the antiseptic certified product, controls the hospital infection occurrence. Conclusion ： correct clean antiseptic and maintenance, may make the peritoneoscope surgery instrument to maintain the good performance, the extension service life,reduces the medical cost.
