摘　　要：简要介绍了新生入馆教育的意义,以问卷调查的方式,对南京工业大学2010—2012年新生入馆教育的模式完善与绩效递增情况进行了纵向对比,指出通过新生入馆教育应使新生树立图书馆主人翁意识,培养新生高效利用图书馆的能力,提高新生的信息素养。This work briefly introduces the significance of freshman＇s library entry education, and based on a questionnaire survey, makes the longitudinal comparison of the situations of model perfecting and performance increasing of freshmen＇s library entry education of Nanjing University of Technology in 2010--2012, and points out that should make freshmen establish a sense of library＇s proprietorship through freshmen＇s library entry education, cuhivate freshmen＇s ability of efficiently using the library, and improve freshmen＇ s information literacy.
