摘　　要：图书馆电子阅览室可提供无偿网络服务,是文献检索中心、信息发布窗口和信息素养培训基地。阐述了图书馆电子阅览室的定位,探讨了图书馆电子阅览室的管理问题,指出图书馆电子阅览室应通过技术保障、制度建设和人性化管理等方式提升管理水平,更好地为广大读者服务。E-reading room of the library, which can provide free Internet service, is the literature retrieval center, the information release window and the information literacy training base. This paper expounds the role-positioning of library＇ s E-reading room, probes into the management of library＇s E-reading room, and points out that library＇s E-reading room should improve its management through technical support, system construction and humanized management for better serve the reader.
