摘　　要：目的探讨溶解样品的溶剂对高效液相色谱行为的影响。方法结合日常检验工作和相关文献,初步研究样品溶剂对高效液相色谱行为的影响并分析其原因。结果在高效液相色谱方法的开发和应用中,应尽量使用与流动相比例相同或者相近的溶剂溶解样品,以消除溶剂效应的影响。结论样品溶剂对高效液相色谱行为存在影响,在样品检测中应予以重视。Objective To explore the effect of sample solvent composition on the chromatographic performance. Methods Combining daily inspection and related literature, the effect of sample solvent composition and its possible reasons were discussed. Results In the development and application of chromatographic methods, the samples should be dissolved with mobile phase or similar solvent as could as possible, so as to eliminate the solvent effect. Conclusion The effect of organic solvent in sample solutions cannot be ignored.
