摘　　要：目的解析药检系统确立和强化服务意识的必要性。方法以南京市药检所近几年确立服务意识、拓宽服务渠道的实践为例,探讨新形势下实践科学检验理念、转换角色和思维方式的重要性。结果与结论确立服务意识,有利于药检系统更好地适应政府改革和市场经济要求,更好地为行政监管机构和企业、群众、社会提供技术服务。Objective To analyze the necessity to establish and strengthen service consciousness in drug inspection system. Methods Taking the recent years＇ practice of Nanjing Institute for Food and Drug Control in establishing service consciousness and widening service channels, the importance of practicing scientific inspection concept, switching roles and thinking modes in the new situation was discussed. Results and Conclusion Establishment of service consciousness can help the drug inspection system to better adapt to the government reform and the market economy requirement, better provide technical services for the administrative supervision institutes as well as enterprises, the public, and the society.
