摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定野菊花栓中绿原酸的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18,流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(20∶80),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为327nm,柱温为30℃。结果绿原酸进样量在0.02184～0.8736μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率为101.55%,RSD为1.82%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于野菊花栓中绿原酸的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Yejuhua suppository. Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.5% acetic acid （20 ： 80）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 , the detection wavelength was set at 327 nm, the column temperature was at 30℃. Results A good linear correlation of chlorogenic acid was observed within the range of 0. 02184-0. 8736μg. The average recovery was 101.55% with RSD 1.82% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for the determination chlorogenic acid in Yejuhua Suppository.
