摘　　要：目的介绍国内外经皮吸收制剂的研究进展。方法以国内外相关文献为基础,对经皮吸收制剂在制剂分类、渗透促进剂、促渗透方法和技术的最新进展进行分析、整理和归纳。结果与结论随着现代药剂学的迅速发展,经皮吸收制剂具有广阔的发展前景。Objective To Based on literature research, introduce the development of transdermal drug delivery systems. Methods the current statues of transdermal drug delivery systems were analyzed and summarized on aspects of preparation classification, permeation enhancers, penetration enhancing methods and technology. Results and Conclusion With the rapid development of modern pharmaceutics, transdermal drug delivery systems have a broad prospect.
